We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Operational Key Account Manager to join our Erlanger, KY team.Position Summary:The Operational Key Account Manager serves as the primary operational liaison for designated key accounts, ensuring seamless execution of air and ocean freight services from booking to final delivery.
