RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in the region.In this leadership role, you'll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.Essential FunctionsLead site and land development projects from concept to completionManage scope, budget, and schedules with precisionCollaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfactionGuide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultantsEnsure quality control and compliance across all deliverablesRepresent RK&K in community outreach and client meetingsOversee construction administration and project approvalsRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringPE license in DC, MD, and/or VA (or ability to obtain)10+ years of progressive experience in site/land developmentStrong leadership and client engagement skillsExpertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office SuiteExpertise with local permitting processes and proposal developmentPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with Hydraflow, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and industry networkingOther DutiesThis job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
