Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About The RoleAs part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Operations team, the Associate Project Manager leads and supports high-impact initiatives within the GBS Commercial Services Portfolio. This role manages cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and strategic transformation.Projects range in size and complexity and may involve business process improvements, service transitions, quality or compliance initiatives, and broader enterprise-wide changes. The Associate PM plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement, project execution, change management, and continuous improvement.Work model, sponsorship, relocationAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model that requires employee to be onsite 3 days a week in Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
