Bridge Superintendent
Job DescriptionBridge SuperintendentConstruction Superintendent to oversee and manage our innovative, heavy civil construction projects onsite. Our projects have unique features that require creative thinking, detailed planning, willingness to utilize new technology and a variety of construction expertise. Our projects work rotations of 14-days on/7-days off, 9-days on/5-days off and occasionally Monday thru Friday. Relocation is NOT required. Superintendents will receive excellent pay, benefits, company vehicle and an opportunity to build a variety of amazing infrastructure projects.Bridge Superintendent Responsibilities:Planning construction job site requirements. Ordering the necessary supplies/materials.Tracking job site production on a daily/weekly basis.Supervising, training, guiding, and directing job Foreman and other crew workers.Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships and working cooperatively with project owners and subcontractors.Overseeing quality control and job site productivity.Bridge Superintendent Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on bridge projects in marine or railroad setting.Proficient in the civil construction process.USACE experience is a plus.Experience with bridge structures composed of a plate girder, concrete girder, and/or steel truss; founded on driven piling, drilled shafts, or spread footings is preferred.Travel Rotation: 14 days on, 7 days off - or - 9 days on, 5 days off (home every other weekend)Compensation Package: Base Salary + 30% Short Term Bonus + Per Diem, Standard Benefits, Living and Travel ExpensesTotal Compensation of +$240k
