Affiliate Manager

Our marketing services are designed for startups as well as established brands seeking to leverage the affiliate channel for customer acquisition, app installs, lead generation, and pay-per-call marketing.The Aragon Company is seeking an Affiliate Manager to join our team to focus on affiliate network growth and performance optimization for our fast-growing Aragon Premium division. At Aragon Premium, we help clients acquire traffic through our unique blend of traffic called Programmatic+. Content, programmatic, influencer, media buyer, loyalty, and more channels comprise the performance media mix we curate and manage for our clients.The ideal candidate will have prior experience with affiliate marketing, affiliate network growth, mobile app marketing, performance optimization, and will possess a passion for all things data-driven, with demonstrated success in growing mobile marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and build a diverse affiliate book of business to drive high quality traffic to our clients' campaigns.Responsible for managing existing affiliates as well as identifying and recruiting new high potential partnerships.Work closely with account management and analytics team members to optimize affiliate activity to achieve client KPIs.Develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with supply partners that lead to new opportunities and mutual growth.Vet inbound affiliates for legitimacy and quality of traffic.What You Have4+ years' experience in affiliate management or mobile user acquisition marketing for an affiliate network, brand, or agencyHands-on experience working with Everflow, Impact, TUNE, Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, and/or Branch.Familiarity with user acquisition models (CPI, CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM)Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising and monetization ecosystemAbility to work closely with sales, affiliate managers, and management teamsDetailed knowledge of mobile tracking and campaign optimization strategiesUnderstanding of the different 3rd party fraud tools and reporting that goes along with themProficiency with Microsoft ExcelWillingness to learn and apply yourself towards achieving the company’s goalsExceptional analytical and strategic skills with an incredible attention to detailCreative; focused on continuous process improvementJob Type: Full-timeIf you feel your experience and skillset is a match for this role, send a resume and cover letter to careers@aragon-advertising.com.
