Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the financial services industry and the ability to think strategically and manage complex operations. They should be comfortable with taking initiative and making decisions, while ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Work with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for the company.
