Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events for a rapidly growing company in the North Valley. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, managing administrative teams, help (HR, Accounting and Operations) with timecards, meetings, scheduling, interviews, reporting, billings, and vendor management. Expertise in contracts is highly regarded.
