Position Summary ANSER is seeking a Security Manager to support the Foreign Disclosure Program under the direction of the Foreign Disclosure Officer. In this role you will ensure compliance with DoD and national security requirements, including classified information protection, export control, and disclosure policy. You will serve as a senior advisor to leadership on security risk, program protection, and foreign disclosure decisions involving international partners. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead daily security operations supporting classified programs, personnel, facilities, and systemsAdminister personnel security actions (clearances, access eligibility, indoctrinations, visit requests, incident reporting)Ensure compliance with DoD and national security requirements for classified and controlled informationManage classified holdings, including storage, transmission, accountability, and destructionConduct audits, self-inspections, and compliance reviews; implement corrective actionsDevelop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and work instructionsDeliver security education, training, and awareness programsCoordinate with government agencies, program managers, and leadership on security mattersRespond to and report security incidents, violations, and compromisesAdvise leadership on risk mitigation, insider threat, and mission assuranceExecute and manage the Foreign Disclosure Program in accordance with governing policyReview and process foreign disclosure requests; assess releasability and restrictionsPrepare recommendations for disclosure approvals, denials, or escalationsMaintain records, metrics, and reporting for security and disclosure activitiesSupport multinational operations by ensuring proper authorization of shared information Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 5 years of relevant security experience, including at least 1 year of foreign disclosure experience within the last 3 yearsExperience interpreting and applying DoD security and foreign disclosure policies and regulationsHands-on experience with federal security systems (e.g., DISS, MP-ICAM)Experience managing personnel security processes and clearance actionsKnowledge of classified information handling, safeguarding, and accountability requirements Preferred QualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting policy and executive-level documentationAbility to coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on sensitive mattersMaster's degree in security management or a related fieldPrior experience as an FSO, Security Manager, CPSO, Special Security Representative, or Foreign Disclosure Representative in a DoD or national security environmentExperience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multi-location operationsCompletion of DIA Foreign Disclosure in-residence training or equivalent advanced trainingCompletion of CDSE coursework in industrial security, personnel security, derivative classification, foreign disclosure, and export controlsFamiliarity with National Disclosure Policy, DoD foreign disclosure guidance, and export control frameworksExperience supporting multinational, joint, or coalition operationsDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on complex or sensitive issuesRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, NCMS (ISP), or SFPC Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
