Summary/objectiveisolved is building a world-class digital events program. As the Manager, Digital Production, you will own our webinar and virtual event program end-to-end: from production quality and platform configuration to content alignment, audience targeting and revenue impact.Digital and virtual events are a cornerstone of how isolved builds awareness, educates buyers, and accelerates pipeline. In a remote-first B2B landscape, our webinars and digital events are often the first live touchpoint a prospect or customer has with our brand - and this role is responsible for making that experience exceptional every time.Core Job DutiesOwn the Digital Events ProgramExecute on the isolved content strategy through successful planning and execution for all webinars, LinkedIn Lives and other digital event formats - maximizing reach, engagement, and business impact of every digital event format we runServe as the primary producer for live events - managing platforms, tech stack, run-of-show, dry runs and day-of logisticsOwn and optimize our core tech stack: GoTo Webcast for live event production, Wistia for video hosting and on-demand content, HubSpot for registration and lead flow, Asana for project management and Claude for content development and workflow efficiencyEvaluate and pilot new formats and platforms - like LinkedIn Live and Riverside - that expand our reach and create new pipeline opportunitiesBuild repeatable, scalable production processes that maintain a high-quality bar as volume growsScale the program to meet evolving business needs - including our partner network, technology integration partners, Sales requests, and other cross-functional demands - without sacrificing quality or strategic fitDrive Content AlignmentWork closely with the content team to ensure webinar topics are integrated into quarterly campaign themesEvaluate incoming webinar requests against strategic fit and outcomes, and confidently aligning the medium to our departmental strategyPartner with a wide range of subject matter experts - including C-level executives, industry analysts, and technology vendors - to develop compelling narratives, shape presentation flow and ensure every speaker shows up polished and on-messageBuild trusted relationships with high-profile SMEs so they want to come back - and know what to expect when they partner with youTranslate complex product or industry topics into accessible, engaging event formatsManage Pipeline & Prove ImpactOwn the ongoing performance of digital event channels - tracking registrations, attendance rates, engagement, MQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution - with a relentless focus on optimization. Approach every metric as a signal to act on, not just report: a 1% improvement every day compounds into a materially stronger program over timePartner with demand gen to ensure proper follow-up sequences, lead routing and attribution are in place for every eventBuild and maintain dashboards that connect event activity to business outcomes, and present findings to marketing leadership as well as to peers and colleagues who can learn from these findingsContinuously optimize the program based on data - content mix, timing, format, promotion strategyPartner with the broader content team to maximize the lifespan of every event - turning recordings into short-form clips, transcripts into blog posts or social assets, and key moments into evergreen content that lives on well beyond the live event dateLead & Develop Your TeamManage and mentor one direct report who operates autonomously and is already embedded in event executionProvide coaching, feedback and development opportunities to help your team member growCreate clarity on roles, responsibilities, and standards so the team can operate efficiently without constant oversightJob Complexity Professional expertise. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Supervision Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.ExperienceTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent workexperience.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience producing and managing B2B webinars and digital events - you've done this at scale and know what great looks likeHands-on technical proficiency with webinar and video platforms - experience with GoTo Webcast, Wistia, or comparable tools is a strong advantage; you know how to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize without waiting for ITComfort working across a modern marketing stack: HubSpot, Asana, and AI tools like Claude as part of your daily workflowA strategic mindset: you understand how events fit into the broader marketing mix and can advocate for (or against) programs based on that lensStrong content instincts - you can tell whether a topic and format will resonate with a B2B audience, and you can help SMEs sharpen their messageData fluency: you're comfortable in marketing analytics tools and can build a performance narrative that connects events to pipelineExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you know how to say no gracefully and build alignment across teamsExperience managing or mentoring at least one direct reportAbility to operate with a high degree of autonomyPreferred BackgroundExperience in HCM, HR tech, or B2B SaaS marketingExperience producing LinkedIn Live or other social streaming formatsExperience with video editing, post-production, or repurposing event content into on-demand assetsBackground working within a content team or managing an editorial calendarPhysical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
