Data Program Manager

Overview As a Data Program Manager at K&L Gates, you will own the roadmap and delivery of enterprise data initiatives, aligning with business strategy and governance. You will work with engineering, analytics, AI, and business partners to drive on-time, within-scope value and manage dependencies. You’ll oversee budgets, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership, supporting greenfield data and AI efforts. This role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, governance, and responsible AI practices in a large professional services environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping data programs that enable strategic outcomes for the firm.
