From AI-powered estimating to embedded financial products, we’re building a platform where work gets done and money moves seamlessly.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale KonstructIQ’s financial products and turn them into a core growth engine for the business. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, usage, and monetization by embedding financial products into core workflows and making KonstructIQ the default system for how contractors manage and move money.A key part of this role is leveraging AI to redesign and automate financial workflows - reducing manual work, increasing reliability, and driving deeper product adoption.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the end-to-end strategy for financial product adoption, usage, and monetization across payments, bill pay, lending, banking and cards financial workflowsIdentify high-leverage moments (e.g., invoicing, bill approval, budgeting) to integrate financial productsDevelop pricing and monetization strategies tied to payment volume, interchange, and product usageIdentify high-friction, multi-step financial workflows (e.g., invoicing, payment, spend, reconciliation) and redesign them using AI to move from manual -> assisted -> autonomousPrioritize ruthlessly across competing opportunities, focusing on the highest-impact initiatives that drive adoption, usage, and revenuePartner across product, engineering, GTM, and external partners (banks, payment processors)Align product strategy with onboarding, distribution, and partnershipsSkills and Attributes We’re Looking For5–10 years of product management experience, in embedded fintech, payments, or growth-focused rolesExperience building or scaling financial products with meaningful revenue impactStrong understanding of financial products and monetization models (payments, take rate, interchange, lending, etc.)Strong intuition for how money moves through a business, including tradeoffs between speed, cost, risk, and user trustProven track record of driving adoption, engagement, or revenue growthDeep understanding of user behavior and workflow design, especially in products that require behavior changeExperience designing or improving multi-step workflows, with a focus on shaping user behavior, reducing user effort, and increasing automationHighly data-driven - you define and track metrics like TPV, activation, attach rate, and retentionAbility to operate across product, GTM, and partnershipsBachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or design-oriented fieldHigh ownership and high agency - you drive outcomes end-to-endAI ExpectationsRegularly use AI tools to prototype ideas, analyze data, and accelerate product developmentFocus on building reliable, production-ready AI experiences, balancing automation with accuracy, control, and user trustAbility to structure problems for AI systems (defining inputs, outputs, and constraints) and iterate based on resultsExperience designing or running evaluations (evals) to measure AI system performance (e.g., accuracy, consistency, edge cases) and improve reliability over timeStrong intuition for which parts of a workflow should remain user-driven vs automatedBonus PointsBackground in vertical SaaS or construction techPrior startup experienceOur ValuesAct like an ownerStrive for excellenceCommunicate openly and honestlyLead with dataSucceed in work and lifeWhy You’ll Love Working HereOwn a core revenue-driving pillar of the businessMassive impact on product direction and company growthOpportunity to shape how AI and fintech converge in a real-world verticalCompetitive salary and meaningful equity
