You'll supervise daily operations while actively working alongside your crew, ensuring quality service delivery and keeping everyone on track. As the go-to leader, you'll coordinate tasks, address challenges in real-time, and motivate your team to perform at their best, all while maintaining high standards and building a strong, cohesive work environment.Our requirements:21+ years oldValid driver's license with a good driving recordSupervisory experience (related fields preferred, such as landscaping, lawn service, roofing, warehouse, etc.)Ability to work weekendsExperience leading teams in maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial fields, with strong leadership and accountability, is preferred.Join us at All Care Services, LLCAll Care Services has a centrally located operational base that allows us to efficiently clean properties throughout the metropolitan Kansas City area.
