What Youll Do:Provide personal assistance to the CEO and C-level executivesOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspaceManage and track office budget and expensesHold a position of trust and confidentialityManage office supplies, deliveries, and facility-related needsEnsure ongoing office maintenance and resolve facility issues proactivelyAct as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and building managementCollaborate with additional company office sites as neededAssist with onboarding new hires and general administrative supportSupport employee well-being initiatives and foster a positive workplace culturePlan and coordinate company events, holiday celebrations, and team activitiesWelcome and assist guests and visitorsWho we are:EX.CO is the video technology fueling growth for media leaders worldwide.
