Overview In this role you will enable standardized environment builds and automation for OpenShift-based platforms. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compatibility across desktop and server platforms and drive process improvements and certifications. You will implement automation for infrastructure configuration using Ansible and contribute to risk and compliance reviews. This position blends hands-on scripting, monitoring setup, and lifecycle management to support on-premises Windows/Linux and containerized environments. You will work onsite in Irving, TX with a hybrid work pattern. ResponsibilitiesEnable standardization of environment build and configuration processesSupport engineering product certifications (Infrastructure, Configuration & Business enablement)Certify infrastructure build and usage for on-prem Windows/Linux and containerized environmentsAutomate infrastructure build and product configuration using AnsibleCollaborate with project teams to ensure platform compatibility across desktop/serverDevelop and contribute to processes for new or missing solutionsPerform risk and compliance reviews of vulnerabilities/EOVS Key requirements5-7 years of on-prem Windows/Linux platform experience with containerized OpenShift or cloud infrastructureTroubleshooting/maintenance of applications on Windows/Linux servers or containerized infrastructureExperience enabling and maintaining products on Windows/Linux with containerized environmentsAutomation experience with Automation Anywhere, Appian Boardwalk, or similar toolsExpert scripting: PowerShell, Python, Linux scripting, AnsibleExperience with application monitoring (AppDynamics, Splunk)Linux app server expertise (Apache, Tomcat) and shell scriptingSDLC and CI/CD tooling knowledgeHands-on with ServiceNow and JIRASchedulers (Autosys)IT support qualifications/trainingPatch managementStrong verbal and written communicationProcess and service improvement mindsetAdaptability and quick learning of PAS product utilizationsOpenShift / containerized infrastructureLinux scriptingPowerShell
