We're committed to serving the manufactured housing industry and residential exterior cladding market with an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to support the success of their businesses.We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team in the DFW (Haltom City, TX) area.In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers while supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You'll represent Style Crest on the road and in the branchdelivering excellent service with every interaction.Key Areas of Responsibility:Provide amazing customer service while helping customers (delivery/will call orders).Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers with loading product as required.Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner using the necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Will involve lifting and moving heavy loads.Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities.Maintain a clean, safe work environment, always!Perform all other duties needed to win.Drive company vehicle (26-foot box truck) for deliveries to customers.Unload customer deliveries at customer premises.Collect payment from customers for delivered products when required.Keep vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping.Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections.Completes assigned training as required.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a medical card as per the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.A mandatory drug test must be passed to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems like Epicor).High school diploma or its equivalent.Great judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle products efficiently for safe, damage-free deliveries.Amazing customer service skills.Professional telephone and email skills/communication.Committed to continuous learning and career progression.Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 100 lbs.Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc).Behavioral Competencies:Demonstrates a "Customer First" mentality.Ability to be a true Team Player committed to the success of the branch and company.Operates from a clear set of positive values and principles.Has high moral character.Proactive and takes initiative with the ability to multi-task.Committed to continuous learning and career progression.Demonstrated abilities/skills in problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution.We offer a competitive compensation package, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, family-oriented culture.If you're looking for a hands-on role that combines customer service, warehouse operations, and delivery supportwe'd love to meet you!Style Crest is an equal opportunity employer.
