The unit supports complex cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical patients in a fast-paced but collaborative setting.PCU Beds: 630 (34 beds) / 633 (25 beds)Patient Ratios:Days: 1:4–1:5Nights: 1:5–1:6Strong tech support: 2–3 techs depending on unit censusSelf-scheduling model with 4-week schedulesEvery other weekend required ??
