Senior Sales Manager

They have a proven product, a strong lead engine, and a sales team that is ready for a full-time leader to take it to the next level. This is not a figurehead role. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground Senior Sales Manager position for someone who builds real accountability, coaches reps in the field, and treats discounting as a margin problem rather than a sales tool.What you will own:A team of 6 Sales Consultants across three marketsWeekly 1:1s, daily huddles, live scorecards, and genuine accountabilityPricing and discount discipline using a Good/Better/Best frameworkBusiness development pipeline: GCs, HOAs, commercial property managersClean Sales-to-Operations handoffs on every closed jobWhat we need from you:Proven leadership in home services, residential trades, or in-home salesTrack record of lifting average sale and gross profit marginAvailability evenings and weekends when reps are closing live dealsCRM experience and the ability to build an outbound BD pipeline from scratchCompensation: Base salaryLucrative performance bonusBenefits: health, PTO, mileage/vehicle stipendThis role is 100% on-the-ground.
