About This Position FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Grocery Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:Stock shelves and maintain inventory levelsEnsure product displays are neat, organized, and well-stockedAssist customers with locating products and answering inquiriesMaintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the grocery areaRotate products to ensure freshness and minimize wasteAssist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroomFollow merchandising plans set forth by the Grocery ManagerAdhere to all safety and food handling guidelines Availability: This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
