IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time construction Safety Coordinator to cover large projects around the Midwest, beginning in the Texas Panhandle. Job SummaryWorks directly with site management and Division Safety ManagerAssists in New Employee Safety Orientation trainingInspects and audits projects/jobsites compliance with IES C&I safety policies, procedures, programsConducts employee training on IES-C&I safety policies, procedures and programsConducts safety toolbox meetings on projects/jobsitesInvestigates incidents and near-misses with prevention recommendationsLeads safety inspection process; assists management to ensure all violations are corrected immediatelyCompletes other duties as directed by Division Safety ManagerTravel required.
