Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO:Complete assembly of partially built heavy equipment using hand, electric, and air-powered toolsUnpackage, install, and remove machine partsDrive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting or raising or lowering attachments or other machine movements to facilitate proper assemblyBe able to work outside in all reasonable weather conditionRead and interpret machine manuals and schematics for assembly purposesAdhere to OSHA standards and company safety regulationsJob RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEEDAbility to operate various types of heavy equipment , forklifts, overhead cranesAbility to read and interpret machine manuals and schematicsKnowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems for construction and agricultural equipmentSufficient hand dexterity and strength to operate a sledgehammer, power tools and withstand vibration of toolsAbility to lift overhead 50 lbs and climb to/work at heights of up to 15 feetAbility to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditionsCurrent valid driver’s licenseWHEN YOU JOIN USAt Wallenius Wilhelmsen, we prioritize your well-being.
