Qualifications: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but knowledge in construction and/or biological sciences are preferred Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Safely use a ladder Good work history Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field with strong organizational skills High School/GED or better Driver’s License with a good driving record Pass a background check Responsibilities: Follow an individual schedule, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customers residence Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet customer needs Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs Utilize your handheld device to complete all required service-related documentation to leverage speed and accuracy Lift and carry up to 100 lbs Benefits: $25-$30+ per hour wage based on experience Potential to make up to $70,000 a year Company vehicle, gas card and a company phone Health, vision and dental insurance after 6 months Retirement after 6 months Training provided Paid vacation, holidays and sick leave after 90 day probationary period Freedom to set your own schedule Potential for overtime in Summer Months Slower schedule in Winter Months Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Located in Central Oregon?
