Ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, the ability to act as a strategic-minded business partner with department leads & c-suite, and prior experience in a rapid-growth biotech / life sciences / pharmaceutical organization.This role reports to an excellent mentor, the VP of Finance who loves to support and develop their team.
