Associate Sustaining Electrical Engineer Job Title: Associate Sustaining Electrical Engineer Location: Walpole, MA Salary Range: $80K - $110K (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing, design, assembly, and test failures and implement corrective design solutions Support redesign efforts for cost reduction, component obsolescence, and second sourcing initiatives Work with suppliers and internal teams to qualify new components and address end-of-life issues Provide technical support and training to production and technical teams Partner with Quality and Test teams to analyze field and production performance trends Contribute to design standards and improvements based on lessons learned from existing products Support manufacturing processes and help define tools, equipment, and resource requirements Qualifications: Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within power electronics Experience with analog, digital, and high-voltage circuit design Familiarity with ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation control requirements Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis methods Strong problem-solving skills (8D, structured analysis techniques) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Competitive Salary Medical Dental Vision 401k Paid Holidays Paid Vacation For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
