As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email communication with our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experienceQualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management systems- Experience with CRM software is a plus- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
