This is an excellent full-time opportunity working with the largest custom packaging and custom product solutions company in the U.S. Work with a team who has an amazing culture and makes coming to work fun!As the Office Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our client's office in Addison, TX. This role will provide administrative support to the sales team. If you are someone who loves building relationships, is service oriented, and will proudly represent the company to visitors and employees then this is a great fit for you!Office Coordinator Duties:Responsible for greeting and assisting visitorsAnswer and direct telephone calls using a multi-line systemManage and distribute mail and packagesPrepare shipping labels and arrange couriers like FedEx and UPS as neededProcess weekly courier invoices with ship ticketsScan documents to corporate and maintain file copiesOrder and stock office supplies as necessaryReplenish and maintain beverage stations with coffee/tea and suppliesPulling reports out of the ERP system for the Client Management Specialist TeamUse Excel to assist with allocating expensesMaintain a clean and orderly office environmentMust be able to work in office from 8:30a to 4:30p, Monday through Friday.Requirements:High School diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2 years of work experience in an office settingExperience in a corporate sales and service environment preferredHigh proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual communication toolsThis role comes with medical benefits, 401K and Paid Time Off.EEOC: This company is an equal opportunity employerSubmit your resume today!
