Job DetailsDescriptionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn This Role You Will BeUtilizing the knowledge, technique, and communication skills to therapeutically meet the needs of assigned med-surg patients.Identifying each patient’s age-specific needs and providing the appropriate care.Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills with legible penmanship and computer knowledge.Utilizing the hospital computer system.Working collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care and report patient changes to the Registered Nurse.Providing direct patient care to the rehab patient.RequiredEDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalentEXPERIENCE: 1 year med-surg experience preferredLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:Successful completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program preferredBLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hireRotation
