Quality Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Quality leader to own and drive plant-level quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility role with full responsibility for the Quality Management System and team leadership.What You Will DoLead site Quality strategy in partnership with plant leadershipAct as the primary customer quality interface, ensuring expectations are metOwn problem resolution (internal & external) using 8D and structured methodsDrive customer scorecard performance and corrective actionsLead and develop the Quality team (daily operations, staffing, budget)Oversee Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and ensure complianceSupport new product launches (APQP, PPAP) with customers and suppliersLead audits (internal, customer, regulatory)Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesApprove key quality documentation (Control Plans, SWIs, deviations)Ensure production readiness, validation, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke)Own containment actions and ensure proper execution and closureMaintain authority to stop production for quality, safety, or risk issuesWhat You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field7+ years in Quality within manufacturing5+ years of leadership experienceStrong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred)Expertise in core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GD&TAdvanced problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsExcellent Salary, bonus structure.
