CDL Class A Dedicated Truck Driver
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking CDL Class A drivers for a dedicated account operating lanes in WA, ND, SD, UT, and CO. This role offers predictable, dedicated work, regular pay, and a full benefits package.OverviewDedicated account with consistent lanes and scheduled stops; average 18 stops per week.Typical home time: at least every two weeks; drivers may elect to remain out longer if preferred.Online orientation with a road test in Salt Lake City, UT where drivers are assigned equipment.Schedule & EquipmentDedicated routes across WA, ND, SD, UT, and CO.Predictable schedule with regular runs and defined stop patterns to support reliable home time.Compensation & Benefits$1,550–$1,635 per weekStarting pay: $0.63–$0.71 per mile, based on experience.$20 per stop (average 18 stops per week).Paid weekly.Comprehensive benefits: medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits.Opportunities for performance-based incentives as available.Minimum QualificationsMinimum age: 21 years.At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.Hazmat endorsement required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held.No more than two moving violations in the last three years.No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.No major moving violations (e.g., excessive speeding 15+ mph over, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests; not subject to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty requirement.Valid DOT medical certificate (updated physical) with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.Applicants terminated from their last two driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.Additional InformationPosition is suitable for drivers seeking steady, regional dedicated work with predictable schedules and consistent pay.Emphasis on safety, reliability, and professional conduct while representing the company on dedicated lanes.
