Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager based in New York, NY. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of affordable housing construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Responsibilities include managing construction timelines, collaborating with contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality standards. Some work-from-home opportunities are available as part of the hybrid model. Qualifications Strong skills in Construction Project Management and general Project ManagementExperience with Project Coordination, including organizing construction activities and meetingsProficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projectsExpertise in Construction Management, including knowledge of construction processes and compliance regulationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of affordable housing development is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
