Prior entertainment industry experience is not required.The PracticeThe role will focus primarily on:Single-plaintiff employment litigationEmployment advice and counselDiscrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination mattersWorkplace policies and employment-law complianceEmployee relations and other day-to-day employment issuesThis position is not focused on class action or PAGA litigation.Entertainment experience is not required.Attorneys coming from a traditional management-side labor and employment practice who are interested in working with entertainment-industry clients are encouraged to apply.Location & FlexibilityThe firm offers flexibility for remote work.
