They are looking to appoint a Managing Director in Boston, with a clear path to Partner by July 2028.ResponsibilitiesLead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across mid-market private equity transactionsOwn full delivery of QoE, EBITDA normalization, and working capital analysisAct as senior client contact for PE sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirersDrive business development and origination within the Boston marketBuild and mentor a growing FDD teamQualifications10–15+ years experience in Transaction Services / FDDBackground: Big 4 (Audit → TAS strongly preferred)Proven leadership across mid-market PE transactionsStrong track record in client development and revenue generationClear progression within TAS (no fragmented career paths)Required SkillsLeadership in Financial Due Diligence engagementsExperience in mid-market PE transactionsClient development and revenue generation skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in a high-growth platformDirect exposure to mid-market PE deal flowPay range and compensation packageDefined Partner track (2–3 years)High-growth platform with significant hiring momentumEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
