Job SummaryThe Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the demolition and renovation of all types of healthcare spaces, as well as the installation of various client products. Such spaces include operation rooms, emergency rooms and ICU rooms. The position in a full-time and 100% travel position.Travel RequirementsThis position is a 100% travel position. The position often requires travel and work on days, weekends and nights.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSafely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)Perform demolition and renovation duties by performing the following trades:CarpentryPaintingDrywallElectricalPlumbingFramingMechanicalPerform manual laborResponsible for overseeing quality assuranceIdentify hazardous materialsOrganize building materialsPrepare daily construction reportsMaintain a clean working environmentExhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy conductAny additional duties or tasks provided by managementSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability OSHA 10 Training PreferredMust obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassistedMust demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skillsExperienced with Demolition PreferredMust be proficient (at least 3 years’ experience) in one or more of the following trades and basic understanding of the rest:CarpentryPaintingDrywallElectricalPlumbingFramingMechanicalAbility to work under general supervision, may lead small projects or small teamsAbility to provide basic hand toolsAbility to read, write and speak the English language to interact with coworkers and customers in the fieldProficient verbal communication skillsCompensation and Benefits$28.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experienceHealth, Dental and Vision401K Contribution and MatchPaid Time Off - Accrual starting on day one of employmentPowered by JazzHRr1wSO5lq9x
