You will:Design & BuildDevelop and debug assembly language and high-level software for avionic equipment used in commercial aircraft. You will build prototypes.Innovate & OptimizeDetermine optimal software/hardware partitioning to provide technical guidance across multiple ongoing projects.VerifyParticipate in validation and verification processes per standards and procedures.Spec & ImplementSpecify requirements and implement software solutions for Gables Engineering products and in-house required equipment.Your Skills & ExperienceCore Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering5+ years developing and maintaining high-level and structured assembly language software3+ years professional experience with C/C++ languagesAbility to understand schematics and troubleshoot hardwareEmbedded Controls:C/C++ Software DevelopmentAssembly Language ProgrammingHardware TroubleshootingExperience with DSP and audio systems is a plus.The Ideal Candidate: You love building things that get used in the real world and are energized by problem-solving.
