Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Provide training and development opportunities for office staff
- Ensure efficient and effective team management
- Maintain a professional phone etiquette and handle inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documents
Experience:
- Previous experience in office management or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using google suite software applications
- Knowledge of electrical office management practices is a plus
