Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Front-End Application Developer to design, build, and enhance multiple in-house applications used by clinicians and internal team members. These applications include systems supporting electronic records, revenue-related workflows, analytics, and mobile solutions. The applications interact with various internal and external entities.This role is responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions using React, JavaScript, and .NET Core technologies. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and subject matter experts from multiple business areas to deliver impactful software solutions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOther duties and tasks may be assigned as required.Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modulesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using JavaScript, React, and C#Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify application bottlenecks and defects, and implement effective solutionsDevelop new tools and modules that improve clinician productivity and enhance patient careEnhance analytics components to support improved revenue collection and operational insightsResearch emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve software efficiencyEnhance existing mobile applications (iOS/Android) used by field personnel and physicians to improve access to patient dataPerform data modeling to ensure solutions address diverse business and operational scenariosCreate and maintain data models and workflow specificationsMentor and provide technical support to other developersParticipate actively in team code reviews and promote consistent coding standardsContribute to team discussions and foster collaboration while adhering to organizational policies and proceduresMaintain regular and reliable attendanceQualifications & RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred2–3 years of professional experience developing complex, production-grade web applicationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience with C#, React, and JavaScript, and a solid understanding of their ecosystemsFamiliarity with the .NET framework and common React librariesStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principlesExperience building reusable libraries and componentsFamiliarity with design and architectural methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQLStrong skills in writing clean, readable, and maintainable codeUnderstanding of scalable application design principlesExperience creating database schemas that support business processesKnowledge of automated testing platforms and unit testing practicesProficiency with source control tools (e.g., CVS, VSS, TFS, or similar)Experience using JIRA or similar tools for task trackingExperience with CI/CD pipelines is a plusExperience using AI-enabled development tools (e.g., Cursor) is a plusKnowledge of electronic records or claims systems is a plus, but not requiredSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional and calm mannerSuccessful Competency FactorsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingEffective communicationConfidentiality and professionalismStrong interpersonal skills to work with peers, leadership, and external stakeholdersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneBudgetary ResponsibilitiesNoneWork EnvironmentThe characteristics described below are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
