We are seeking an IT Operations Support with strong telecom expertise to provide L2/L3 production support for digital platforms. This role focuses on resolving functional transaction issues (billing, subscription, delivery, and order management), SQL‑based troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.What You’ll DoHandle L2/L3 incidents across applications, APIs, and databases.Resolve functional queries related to billing, subscriptions, delivery, and order management.Perform root cause analysis using SQL queries, logs, and telemetry data.Support incident lifecycle management in ServiceNow.Collaborate with vendors and integration teams to resolve operational issues.Contribute to automation, monitoring improvements, and operational analytics.What We’re Looking For4–6 years of experience in Application/Production Support.Strong SQL skills for diagnostics and data validation.Hands‑on experience with telecom BSS processes: billing, charging, subscription management, and order flows.Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools and ServiceNow workflows.Ability to troubleshoot billing discrepancies, subscription errors, and order/delivery failures.Strong SQL query skills for data validation, billing/subscription diagnostics, and incident resolution.Experience troubleshooting telecom or digital service platforms.Experience using ServiceNow ticketing workflows.
