Building Maintenance/Custodian (Dayside) - Coatesville

At the present time, a vacancy for a Master Custodian position exists within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position is responsible for building and grounds cleaning and maintenance. This includes the replacement of ballasts, lighting fixtures, installation of electrical fixtures, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues as well as the operation of large outdoor power equipment and the maintenance and repair of these devices. Also, included are routine repairs of building and ground equipment, mowing, landscaping and snow removal, including snowplow operation.
