As a Senior Python Developer, you will help design, build, and enhance a mission-critical application used globally across regulatory and supervisory functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services
- Build and enhance Generative AI capabilities within regulatory and operational workflows
- Develop full-stack solutions across both front-end and back-end components
- Contribute to new feature development supporting regulatory initiatives and compliance requirements
- Partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Build APIs, data integrations, and automation capabilities to support application growth
- Drive application performance, scalability, and operational excellence
- Support modernization efforts and continuous platform improvement
- Participate in code reviews, whiteboarding sessions, and technical problem-solving activities
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on Python development experience
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and practical implementation experience
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and individual contributions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
