Pay Range: Starting at $30/hr Sign-On Bonus of $10,000! LPN responsibilities: Accurately follows through on physician orders, administering medications and treatments and scheduling outside consultations. Assists in the formulation of ITP and MTP, including assessments, writing care plans, updates of care plans, and discharge planning. Assists in the identification of medical, emotional and environmental needs of the patient. Assists in nutritional screening, interventions with dietician, physician and dietary department to ensure that the patient’s dietary needs are met. Administer care that aligns with LPN scope of practice Other duties as assigned. LPN Job Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Prefer one year of nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Current LPN/LVN license as required by the state of PA. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
