Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Description Job Summary: Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring quality care delivery in a clinical setting. Responsibilities:Support physical therapists in executing therapy plans tailored to patient needs.Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and report findings accordingly.Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation activities.Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to clinic protocols.Rotate weekend shifts as part of the scheduled weekend rotation.Guarantee a minimum of 36 hours of work per week, including weekends. Qualifications:Hold an active and valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.Possess previous experience working in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.Demonstrate excellent communication and patient interaction skills.Show proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment details.Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to industry standards.
