Master Data Steward - EDM

OverviewThe Master Data Steward will lead the enterprise-wide strategy to centralize, standardize, and govern master data within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform. This role is responsible for building and executing a data cleansing roadmap, ensuring data integrity, and partnering cross-functionally with technical and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy to centralize all master data into the EDM platformDevelop and drive a multi-phase roadmap for enterprise data cleansing and standardizationEstablish data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standardsPartner with technical developers and data analysts to execute data initiativesOversee large-scale data cleansing efforts across product lines and revenue streamsEnsure accuracy and consistency in revenue reporting and product line reportingAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Operations) and technical teamsMonitor data quality metrics and implement continuous improvement processesQualifications10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related rolesStrong experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) systemsProven experience leading large-scale data cleansing or data transformation initiativesBackground in manufacturing environments requiredExperience with revenue reporting and product line reportingStrong ability to build roadmaps and lead cross-functional executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsNice to HaveFP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experienceExperience working with ERP systems and data integration initiatives*Please note that assignment durations, pay rates, and job duties are subject to our Client’s business needs and project requirements.*We may use artificial intelligence tools to help our recruiters screen and assess talent.
