Job Title: Maintenance Technician / PlannerLocation: IndianaDuration: 6+ Month ContractJob SummaryA global pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Planner to support operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of production equipment, facility systems, and utilities through preventative and corrective maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systemsMaintain and support HVAC systems, pumps, motors, vacuum systems, and utilitiesInterpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and system layouts for effective maintenance planning and executionDocument maintenance activities and manage work orders using CMMS systemsAssist with equipment startup, commissioning, and validation activitiesSupport investigations, including deviations and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP standards in cleanroom environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support 24/7 manufacturing operationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of plant maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environmentHands-on experience with manufacturing or laboratory equipmentFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and maintenance documentation practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operational environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing industriesExposure to cleanroom environments and regulatory compliance standardsBasic understanding of validation and commissioning processesWork EnvironmentGMP-regulated manufacturing facilityCleanroom and controlled environmentsFast-paced, team-oriented setting supporting continuous productionNavya MarripudiIT Lead Recruiter | s4analytics📧 navya@s4analytix.com📞 C:+1 (551) 300-0477 Ext.108
