Full-Time Preferred | Monday–Friday | First-year salary guarantee of $540,000 with a 30% bonus on collections exceeding $1.8M (pro-rated for part-time)Our organization is a premier provider of oral, dental, maxillofacial, and cosmetic surgical services in the greater Baltimore region. We are currently in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (ABOMS) to become part of our dynamic team. This position presents a unique chance to work within a well-established, high-volume practice supported by a dedicated team and a strong focus on clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with accuracy and care.Assess patients, formulate treatment plans, and deliver pre- and post-operative care.Employ advanced diagnostic tools and imaging techniques.Work closely with surgical assistants and front office personnel to ensure an optimal patient experience.Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation.Keep abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the field.Qualifications and Requirements:ABOMS Diplomate or active candidate status with ABOMS.Unrestricted dental license in Maryland.Current ACLS and DEA certifications.Experience handling complex oral surgery cases.Strong understanding of oral anatomy and patient evaluation.Familiarity with dental office software (experience with DSN is preferred).A collaborative team player with a patient-first mindset and high clinical standards.Must maintain Hospital Privileges; on-call duties are not required.Work Schedule:Full-Time Preferred, Part-Time ConsideredThe office operates Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMCompensation and Benefits:Guaranteed first-year salary of $540,000 with a 30% bonus on collections above $1.8M (pro-rated for part-time).Four weeks of vacation.Continuing education and licensure allowance.Malpractice coverage, OMSNIC preferred.Health insurance coverage.401K Employer Contribution: 3% of compensation when eligible per plan.If you are a talented surgeon eager to join a thriving, patient-focused practice with a collaborative environment, we would be excited to hear from you.
