This role serves as the key liaison between customers, engineering teams, and EPC partners, ensuring design compliance, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical project coordination and customer communicationReview contracts and ensure design/equipment complianceManage scope changes, budgets, and schedulesSupport cross-functional engineering teams and resolve technical issuesDrive continuous improvement and present project updates to leadershipOwn engineering budget, schedule, and cost estimates (EAC/CCE)Coordinate with EPCs, suppliers, and global teams to ensure on-time deliveryQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)2+ years in project, design, or field engineeringStrong communication and multitasking skillsWillingness to travel (~10–15%)Preferred:Customer-facing experiencePLM tools (e.g., GTCC)Experience and/or knowledge of plant system design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and/or testingKnowledge of plant engineering systems and processes
