About the Opportunity:The Sr IT Project & Program Manager leads and delivers complex IT projects centered on network infrastructure, including microwave and multi-plexing technologies. This role drives project execution using a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. It is critical for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating teams, and fostering effective communication to support the organization''s infrastructure objectives.3. Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion on time, within scope, and budget.Oversee projects related to network infrastructure and associated tools.Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resources.Implement iterative deployment strategies to ensure smooth transitions.Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical staff, vendors, and stakeholders.Serve as the primary contact for project communications and reporting.Monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed.Promote best practices in project management, balancing waterfall and agile approaches.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.Mentor junior project managers and team members.4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects.Expertise in network infrastructure including microwave and general network solutions.Strong knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.Experience leading iterative deployment strategies across project phases.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred: experience in utility or energy sector projects.Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Preferred: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:$92,880.00 - $154,800.00 USD base salary range.Additional compensation such as bonuses and benefits are discretionary.Placement within the salary range depends on education, experience, certifications, and other factors.6.
