This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing administrative support to store operations whileassistingwith various office functions. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in building customer relationships and supports the operational excellence that drives Ashley's retail success.WhatYoullDoFront Desk & Customer ServiceGreet all customers in a warm, professional mannerrepresentingAshley's brand image. Provide exceptional customer service through all interactions including in-person, phone, and email communications.Sales Order Support:Assistwith processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation iscomplete,and proper approvals are obtained beforefinalizingtransactions.Customer Account Management:Process customer credit applications,assistwith financing arrangements, andmaintainaccuratecustomer account information in retail management systems.Cash Handling & Financial ProceduresFollow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions according to company policies under Office Manager supervision.Customer Issue Resolution:Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to Management asappropriate whilefollowing up to ensure resolution.Audit & Compliance AssistanceSupport Management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks by gathering required documentation and verifying accuracy of paperwork.Reporting & Documentation:Maintainaccuraterecords, prepare routine reports, and ensure all sales and office paperworkisproperly completed and filed according to company standards.Team Collaboration:Work cooperatively with sales team, merchandising personnel, and other store associates to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.Technology & Systems:Utilizepoint-of-sale systems, retail management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools to perform job duties efficiently and accurately.Complete anyadditionaltasks as assigned bymanagementWhat You BringLegally authorized to work in the US.At least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience,preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends andholidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities various shiftsMaintain reliableattendanceThrive in a teamenvironmentWhats In It for You:When you joinus, you are eligible toparticipatein our comprehensive benefits programs,whichinclude:Extended health,dental benefits,andvision insuranceEmployee Discount from 10% - 30%Life/DisabilityInsuranceFlex Spending Account401KPaid Time offAshley values its diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
