Position Details Location: Near Missouri City, TexasStart Date: ASAPDuration: OngoingSchedule:7 days on, 7 days off rotationDay shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with 5 physicians and 2 APPsSwing shift: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM with 1 physicianNight shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 1 physician and 1 APP Nocturnist Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of various conditions.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Documentation: Utilize the EMR system to document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team effectively.Orientation: Participate in a one-day orientation, including a shadow shift for hands-on learning and EMR training. Qualifications Board Certification: Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitalist or similar setting.Licensure: Must have an active medical license in the state of Texas or be eligible to obtain one.Competencies: Competent in handling a wide range of medical conditions and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
