Surgical Tech Location: Deming, NM Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,472 to $1,672 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/11/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA or graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology program. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment. Prior travel assignment experience required for travel submissions. Locals will not be accepted. Experience with sterile field setup, instrument passing, sponge and instrument counts, and specimen management in the OR. Ability to work in a PWP vendor payment process environment as required by the client. Preferred: Experience in multiple surgical specialties and familiarity with common OR equipment and instrumentation. Assignment Details: Facility Type: Hospital. Shift: Days.
