We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. Most of all, we want instructors who are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.We are looking for someone with availability on Sundays and can teach at both our Laguna Niguel & Ladera Ranch locations.ResponsibilitiesLead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership.Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.Communicate effectively with management.QualificationsExperience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferredHigh school or equivalent is preferredTeaching experience is preferredAbout Tutu SchoolTutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.Our Founding PrincipleEvery child should know what it feels like to dance.
