Learn More.About The JobThis role will provide day-to-day support for the WillScot Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) cloud systems: Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Data Management (EDMCS). This person will work closely with IT, Corporate Accounting, and Corporate and Divisional FP&A teams.No prior EPM or system experience is required. We will provide full training for candidates who bring strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn financial systems.What You'll Be Doing Providing troubleshooting and support to end users In coordination with IT partners – support new user provisioning and existing user security updates Assisting with system upgrades and new feature implementations Maintain metadata (using EDMCS) to accommodate new business structures and reorganizations Monitor monthly close process and load data into EPBCS via data integration and forms to ensure timely close processes Coordinate issue resolution with Director of Financial Systems and external technical support providers Support day-to-date activities within each EPM application Help develop user guides and training for each EPM application Assist with SOX control documentation for internal and external auditors Maintain internal and external security policies, documentation, and testing for controls compliance Assist with regression testing in support of Oracle EPM monthly version releases Assist internal stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting/analytics requests Special projects and process improvements as neededEducation And QualificationsAdditional Duties and Functions as assignedRequired Education:     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fieldRequired Skills and Abilities:     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    Interest in financial systems, data, and process improvement    Ability to learn new technologies quickly    Strong communication skills and comfort working with crossfunctional teams    Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksPreferred (but not required):     Exposure to financial concepts, accounting coursework, and budgeting/forecasting processes    Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or other analytical tools    Internship or project experience involving data, systems, or process analysis    Familiarity with Oracle EPM systems (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS)Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, etc., for office environment; ability to be on phones majority of business day.Work EnvironmentThis is an in office role; not hybrid.This posting is for a(n) New Position.Disclaimer: This posting describes the general nature and level of work performed and does not represent an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, skills, or physical abilities required.
